Umrahhub – Service Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Umrahhub. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or booking services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all individual customers, travel agencies (agents), and corporate partners (B2B & B2C).

1. General Terms

Umrahhub operates as a B2B and B2C online booking platform providing Umrah travel solutions, including flights, hotel reservations, transport, visa processing, and packaged itineraries. All bookings are subject to availability, supplier terms, and government regulations in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility

All users must ensure they meet the visa and travel eligibility requirements set by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (KSA). Umrahhub is not responsible for rejected visa applications due to incorrect or incomplete information.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, passport, and travel information.
• Respect Islamic guidelines and Saudi regulations during travel.
• Ensure timely payment for all services.
• Comply with all platform policies and booking instructions.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made using the approved payment methods provided on Umrahhub, including Magnati and B2B floating deposit accounts for agents.

Agents (B2B) are required to maintain a minimum deposit balance to process bookings.

Umrahhub reserves the right to pause services for accounts with insufficient balance or delayed payments.

5. Pricing & Currency

Prices are based on supplier rates and may change without prior notice due to:

• Seasonal fluctuations
• Hotel & airline availability
• Government or regulatory changes

All bookings are charged in the displayed currency, and once confirmed, the price is locked for that transaction.

6. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel, or service provider policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalty fees.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline defined by suppliers and payment partners.

7. Visa Processing

Umrahhub assists with visa applications but does not guarantee approval. Visa decisions are solely determined by Saudi authorities.

Users must ensure their passport validity meets Saudi requirements (minimum 6 months).

8. Travel & Accommodation Services

All accommodation, flights, and transfers are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Umrahhub is not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines
• Hotel overbookings or changes in room availability
• Operational or technical issues with transport providers

9. Limitation of Liability

Umrahhub shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Delayed flights or missed connections
• Injury, illness, or force majeure events
• Actions of third-party service providers

Users travel at their own risk and are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

10. Agent (B2B) Obligations

Registered agents agree to:

• Provide truthful business information during onboarding
• Maintain a floating deposit for booking operations
• Sell Umrahhub services at or above minimum allowed prices
• Avoid misleading marketing, misrepresentation, or fraud

11. Platform Usage

Users shall not:

• Attempt to access restricted system areas
• Upload malicious content or misuse the platform
• Duplicate, scrape, or reverse-engineer Umrahhub systems or APIs

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Umrahhub adheres to strict data protection standards. Personal information is used solely for booking and verification purposes and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

14. Amendments

Umrahhub reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
